Review a proposed addition, then let your agents create and publish the approved work.

How expansion works
Autopilot can identify opportunities to extend a campaign. It creates an expansion proposal that waits for your approval. Approving that proposal starts execution: the agents create and publish the additions.
Propose → Approve → Create & publish → Review the result
Expansion approval is required even when optional budget-change approvals are switched off. There is no second mandatory review of every generated asset after you approve the expansion.
What can be proposed

The available scope depends on the campaign type and the proposal. A proposal is not a guarantee that every possible type of expansion is supported for every campaign.
Review before approving
Open the pending proposal in the campaign's activity timeline. Read its reasoning and proposed additions. Confirm the affected campaign, scope, and any budget implications shown in the proposal.
- Approve when you want the agents to carry out the proposed work.
- Reject when you do not want that proposal executed.
A proposal can expire. If it is no longer pending, use its current status and available controls rather than assuming the earlier approval opportunity still exists.
Follow execution
After approval, follow the related task and activity entry. Approval dispatches the work; it does not mean that publication has already finished.
Inspect the execution result and the campaign in Google Ads. New resources remain subject to Google Ads policy review and campaign-serving requirements.
If only part of the work completes
Read the execution summary to identify what was created and what failed. A partial or failed result does not imply that all published resources were rolled back.
Use the expansion's available retry control only after reviewing the failure and the existing result. If the next action is unclear, contact support with the action and task IDs instead of submitting the same expansion as a new request.
